Great place! The ambiance is gorgeous! Highly recommended for dinner so you can enjoy the cool breeze and the evening lights. Service was superb! The waiters were very helpful and welcoming. The food is very good. We ordered the lechong kawali kare-kare, kinilaw na tanigue, sinigang na salmon belly and ulo, and pork sisig.Kare-kare was super delicious! Kinilaw was okay, very small pieces of fish and very expensive compared to the other dishes. Sinigang was okay, not much fish nor veggies compared to the soup, nothing special. Sisig was good, but small serving, almost good for 1-2pax only.I’d come back to try their pastas and paellas soon!ADDED REVIEW:Came back here 2 days after. Still delicious! Ordered the calamares, beef kare-kare and Bicol express. CALAMARES is a MUST-TRY! Super good! Kare-kare is so good still. No puso ng saging though. The Bicol express is also very delicious, spicy and creamy.

Delicious food, beautiful views, classical building, natural preservation, antique style street lamps, great drinks, good service and plenty of space for walking around the area and exploring before, during or after your mealtime. Great for groups, couples, bringing kids, family members and even eating alone while enjoying the fresh air and breathtaking views.Fair price and quick responses from the servers, waiters and waitresses. Make sure to bring a camera to get some pictures of the distant mountains, fields, cottages, houses, forests and hillsides that surround the restuarant.

What a fabulous feast we had for lunch today at Café Terraza. The flavours were amazing and you can absolutely taste how fresh the local ingredients used to make those special dishes. Shrimp kilawin (ceviché), native chicken adobo with achuete, seafood kare-kare, salmon belly sinigang (tamarind soup base), steamed crabs, crispy pata and fresh apple salad. The Sans Rival desert paired with very strong brewed coffee was the perfect way to end the feast. Their house made cucumber juice, avocado shake and coconut shake were so refreshing you won't stop with just a sip soon as they touched your lips. When in Roxas City, it's an absolute must to go here and enjoy the regional cuisine.

I ordered their seafood platter and just a mango shake because they run out of avocado. The platter was enough for 2pax. They’ve got great view here and you can also find the ICapiz signage wihin the premises of the restaurant.

Awesome views of the the city and surrounding area. The food was delicious and the setting was beautiful. We had beef and broccoli, steamed oysters, steamed prawns in garlic butter and the seafood Alfredo. Calamari, shrimp and scallops in the Alfredo. Cafe Terraza is a delight.
